The process:
Every serialized print begins as a detailed pencil sketch, drawn by hand before being scanned and prepared for print. From there each piece is digitally manipulated to take advantage of dimensional printing techniques.
These include embossing, spot gloss, and other surface treatments. Most notably the raised ink captures each pencil-stroke, allowing viewers to feel the spirit of the art.
The result is a print that retains the character of the original drawing while becoming something entirely its own: layered, tactile, and meant to be experienced in person.
